Mike Taylor

Born and raised in New Mexico, Mike Taylor began his real estate career in 1997. In 2006, he added mortgage brokering to his repertoire and founded OneMortgage, which grew to be one of New Mexico’s most respected mortgage lenders.

In 2009, he founded R1 New Mexico. With the help of his wife Jessica, they have grown the brokerage to be the largest and most productive residential real estate brokerage in New Mexico, with over 800 associates and 5000 plus transactions closed each year. To date, they have closed more than $12 billion in volume.

Mike and Jessica believe in giving back to their community and have hosted a charity golf tournament for the past eight years, raising more than $200,000 for local charities.

In addition, they partnered with Mike's lifelong friend, Notah Begay III, and are the presenting sponsor for the NB3 National Junior Championship on the Golf Channel. This initiative helps over 6000 juniors nationwide be introduced to golf and compete at the highest level. Over 90% of the competitors at the national championship have gone on to receive college scholarships.
